FOX News Confirms Apple Event In January : Focus on Mobility

FOX News has spoken to a source inside Apple who confirmed a "big" event for January.

While nothing official has been handed down from the notoriously tight-lipped company, my source took the Financial Times report one step further by saying this event will focus on the mobility space, meaning we'll see something related to the iPhone/Touch product line.

Analysts and the rumor mill strongly believe Apple will soon launch the must anticipated tablet at this event. The company has rented a stage at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco and a keynote is expected on January 26th.

haha...that would be epic! We would all be waiting for iTablet or a new iPhone with iChat, and Steve says "I present to you, iPod Touch View -- Notice the 2 MP Camera!" ha

I think if they produced an even like this and introduced something that minor Steve would get boo'd off the stage. They must be planning something good. I would also like to hear an update on their iMac issue.
